Another way or a Domestic violence can best help a victim escape an abusive relationship is to make the community be more aware therefore teaching a curriculum for students in middle and high school, designed to teach them how to escape an abusive relationship.
  1. Roughly 1.5 million high school boys and girls in the U.S. admit to being intentionally hit or physically harmed in the last year by someone they are romantically involved with.
  2. One in three adolescents in the U.S. is a victim of physical, sexual, emotional or verbal abuse from a dating partner, a figure that far exceeds rates of other types of youth violence.
  3. Only 33% of teens who were in a violent relationship ever told anyone about the abuse.

Teens are the most vulnerable to domestic violence, in their case dating violence. Teaching a curriculum for teens in middle and high school is the best why for them to be more aware and how to  respond if they are in a situation where they are trying to break free/escape.

*Write your answer like you would write a thesis statement.  Please don't give us one or two words or start your sentence with by.    Thanks!

On Friday 2/28 for Advisory #2, you will be presenting what you have from this blog.  The presentation is more like a share-out and should not last longer than 2 minutes. You don't need a visual.
